Part 5 of our Spotlight Series is here!

Behind every life-changing mobility, there is a dedicated partner organization. We are thrilled to continue celebrating the businesses and institutions that turn theory into practice and help shape the future workforce!

👋 For our fifth feature, meet Zathureczky Berta Központ, our reliable partner since 2023!

As a dedicated elderly care center and residential home, they specialize in providing compassionate support and high-quality daily assistance to seniors. They offer a nurturing and professional environment where students can learn about healthcare routines, empathetic communication, and the true value of helping others.

Since the beginning of our partnership, they have hosted more than 15 students, offering them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the demanding but beautiful reality of social care.

🎓 Student feedback:

“Working at the care center taught me so much more than just basic nursing tasks. It was deeply moving to connect with the elderly residents and listen to their life stories. I learned how to provide respectful, patient care and how to handle the emotional and physical challenges of the job. This experience completely changed my perspective on healthcare and human dignity, making me much more confident in my profession.”

💬 Partner feedback:

“For the students, the greatest opportunity for growth lies in further strengthening their professional communication and deepening their empathetic, conscious connection with the elderly. During our collaboration, their responsible attitude and willingness to cooperate were highly positive experiences. It is also worth highlighting that they gradually became more independent in the institution’s daily care tasks. Their presence truly contributed to strengthening both the professional and human atmosphere of our center.”

✨ We are grateful for the trust, openness, and professional support that make these mobilities meaningful and impactful for both students and partners.
