We had the pleasure of welcoming two teachers from Tehnička Škola Bečej (Serbia) to Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania, for a short-term Erasmus+ Job Shadowing mobility.

The program began with an introduction to our institution at the Startup Hub office building, where we discussed the structure of the professional visits, defined shared goals and expectations, reviewed documentation, and explored possibilities for future cooperation.

📍 During the mobility, the participants visited several local companies and educational institutions, gaining insight into both vocational education and business practices:

🏙️ In addition to the professional program, the group took part in a short city tour in Sfântu Gheorghe, including a visit to the main square.

🏰 The cultural program included a visit to the iconic Bran Castle and a walk through Brașov’s city center, offering a deeper understanding of the region’s cultural and historical background.

🌟 This job shadowing mobility provided valuable opportunities for professional exchange, experience sharing, and strengthening cross-border cooperation in education, all in the true spirit of Erasmus+.
